Some ethnic groups are discriminated against by the indigenous population, the so-called original inhabitants. Integration is a big issue.
The original Danaui have a very good standard of living (80% of the wealth is in the hands of the Conservatives) but a large group of people are poor and work hard for little money. This income inequality leads to friction. Since a couple years Danau suffers from a rising crime rate in the regions where a lot of foreigners live.
Men and women are equal and have the same rights. The parliament must have an equal number of men and women, so this equality is really important for the Danaui.
